I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Driving Porsche And Ferrari To Work!!!


Uncle8888's close encounter with two young guys just few years out from their university study. 

 One drove Porsche. The other one drove Ferari!

 The Porsche was his vendor.

 Ferrari was his Product Manager.


 Can you image that guy parking his Ferrari beside his bosses when they went out for meeting together?

 That Porche guy was saying that the System which he has sold to Uncle8888's company was cheaper than his Porche and you guys were still asking for more discount for maintenance support fee! 

 Argh!!!
Financial Independence is at its best when they have just started working!

    What's the point of buying a Porche or Ferrari at age 60?

    Its like women at age 60 wearing fish net stockings...

    I mean happy can oredi... but who are we kidding?
