They are more likely to successfully build their own 7 or 8 figure investment portfolio from their secret sauce instead of you building yours.

What he has discovered over the last 17 years with more and more "Gurus" appearing in Singapore investment space to share their secret sauce.

Most and if not ALL are teaching in this form in order to charge that worthy dollars of $XXX to $X,XXX. Bigger name and Branded can easily charge above $4K; but smaller start up can only charge SME rate of $XXX.
