I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

What Is Value Investing, Income Investing And Trading???

This is Value Investing with result proven by Mr. Market for more than 17 years across several market cycles since Jan 2000!

So this is income investing for 17 years and didn't lose any money in the stock market. Okay right?

When we realized that we can't speculate for a living; we are failed traders so it is better to become long-term investors who don't lose money in the stock market over the next few decades.

  1. 1) What is Value Investing?

Its buying what you thought was below the intrinsic value of a stock and still stilling in unrealised losses...

    2) What is Income Investing?

It's using the dividends or earned income from day job as regular cash injections to portfolio to paper over the unrealised losses.

    3) What is Trading?

Its what you feel immediately after putting a position on... You want to trade places with the person who took the opposite side of your entry :(
