- Rolf,
got part 4, 5, xxx anot?
you should do one every month.
i look forward to reading posts like this. it keeps me motivated and grounded at the same time.
so, how would you differentiate between a koyok seller and an genuine trainer?
and, what are the qualities of an genuine trainer?
Those authors of financial and investment books found in NLB branches. He has read both well-known and less known ones. They are Uncle8888's trainers and the best thing is he didn't pay a single cent as course fee.
Uncle8888's England not that powerful but he still can read them, understand and manage to put some theories from these books into his real plans, real goals and real practices and achieve some results. Hmm .. who is laughing?
Unless you are on tips, advices or followers (copycats???) class in investing.
ReplyDeleteIn DIY investing; you are ON your own so you may have no other better choice. To be truly on your own; you start by reading books and understanding them in your own ways, own mind and then execute those own learning into own way. This is how you made your money in the stock market in your own way. No short cut.
Any short cut may not be your own way.
Agree. Books are there to guide us, it's just up to us to see if we want to read it. But I guess most pple who are on courses are there to look for quick tips. They aren't really interested to learn how to fish, because those who do will have started reading already.
ReplyDeleteBut but...
ReplyDeleteI got no money and no time leh.
So I only interested in no money down and 5 minutes a day investing. Any tips?
Yes, the irony these people have the money to pay for expensive courses and the time to attend classes?
Did I miss the irony?
Actually, we need a group of like minded individuals gather together... Not easy to find in SG
