I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

A Gift to Colleagues and Friends!

Uncle8888 is slowly giving away this gift to his colleagues and friends who care; but it is not the right time to give to more. There is good reason for it.

Like any gifts we received. It is either we really love them or soon they will be forgotten.

When is the right time?

  1. I think the right time to give is the time you can give without any reservation for yourself. This requires faith and courage.

  3. Giving is okay.
But when the receivers knows the giver’s identity then will they keep coming back for more?
Probably they will not because these receivers are colleagues and friends who Care.
But then … people are really hard to predict.

Friend in need is a friend indeed.
It is truly the time when they are in need they should be helped out.
Do one still have the conscience if we leave them out in the cold.

There are many ways to help out.

These group of colleagues and friends are likely less fortunate so Uncle8888 is helping them now on Retirement Income for Life.
Give them the fishing rod or giving them the fish?
Giving them the fish then …. they will really love the gifts but they are likely be forgotten soon once consumed.
Very likely Uncle8888 giving them the fishing rod … Inspiring them to take charge

  4. Most of us like to hear inspiring stories. Right?

Like most fishermen, the moment we saw someone caught a big fish, we know we will have a chance too.
