I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Day 5 Kyoto : Arashiyama And Bamboo Forest; and Kyoto Tower

Read? Day 4 Kyoto : Nijo Castlel

Arashiyama is a district on the western outskirts of Kyoto, Japan. It also refers to the mountain across the Ōi River, which forms a backdrop to the district. Arashiyama is a nationally designated Historic Site and Place of Scenic Beauty.

We took the 25 mins slow scenic train to another terminal and then walked another 20 mins to board the train back to Kyoto

At Kyoto, we walked around and waiting for the night to see Kyoto Tower.

Instead of going up to  Kyoto Tower Observation Deck; we went to Kyto station's Open Air Observation Deck - enjoy the view over Kyoto from the top floor

Skyway tunnel - you can take a walk here 45m above the main hall, do not miss the view of the Kyoto Tower. It is free!
