I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

You see those insurance agents in uniform approaching you; you may quickly "siam" or shake your head - no, no, no! They can't catch you with gifts! Right?

 This agency has different strategy to catch you. Good one!

 The booth and uniform group are out of sight from you. 

 They use plain cloth xiao mei mei to offer you gift. Once the gift is accepted; xiao mei mei will lead you inside where booth and unifrom group will take over for the sales pitch. This strategy is not bad. The catch is quite good as witnessed by sibei eng Uncle8888 sitting at the table next to them for about XX mins. Sometime; they looked at him and he looked back! LOL!

    Kekeke!!! No xiao mei mei's approach you with gifts??

    Or you give them your "limpeh ka li kong" look & they quickly change their minds?? Wakakaka!!! :) :)

      xiao mei mei also know or train to know not sell life insurance to old people whose body sitting in the coffin.
