I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

    While waiting at the Botanic Garden bus stop for the bus going back to Cairns city; one ang mo woman walked to us and suggested that we also walked out to the highway where there was more buses to the city as the next bus would arrive in about 45 mins. It was too long to wait.

    Wah! Kind people is everywhere!

    Uncle8888 along the way chatted with this ang mo woman. She is from Sydney and retired from her full-time job few years ago after working for 25 years and doing free lance job and frequent travelling in Australia and overseas.

    Retiring from full-time job after XX years and switch to slower pace working on part-time or free lance will give the options to explore other aspects of life.

    Uncle8888 didn't ask her : "You financial independence or freedom?" LOL!
