I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Keppel Corp declared final dividend of 15 cts and taking full year dividend FY 18 to 30 cts i.e 10+5+15 = 30

Since he has first invested in Kep Corp in 18 Sep 2001; every year since 2001 he is happy with the dividend yield or so called "passive" income.

That year in 2001 he has invested is still the lowest dividend yield over the past 17 years of holding this stock! 

17 years is a long time that is long-term investing!

    1. In 2017, I was expecting farther dividend cut but we cannot really see the Future on what Mgmt up in their mind

  2. Bought DBS during the 2016 oil crisis at around $16. That became the yield of my dreams! Hahaha!
    More than 7% dividend yield currently! :)
