I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Not Giving Discount Anymore!


Read? TIP - To Insure Performance? Not Really For One Time Effort Job


 In the business world; giving discount is win-win. Buyers are happy with their discount and Sellers increase their revenue.

 Initially, Uncle8888 is also happy to give discount for win-win situation; but after sometime he realized that he is not chasing for more revenue why gives discount! 

 You want. You come. No discount! 

 Surprisingly some still don't mind! Strange!

    CW,

    Giving tips is a sign of "I have enough" mentality. You have met those staying in landed and private condos but have a mentality of "lack" right? Not even offer a glass of water... (They see you as menial labour)


    Not giving discounts is a position of strength. Like those hawkers who yell at their customers, "Cannot wait; don't wait!"

    Customers who are willing to pay full price to get good service are "tipping" ;)

      May be these customers are thinking why let platform's owner takes the cut/commission. Yes. They are indeed "tipping" with the cut/commission.
