IMO, STI ETF is just like SGS bond.
@5% yield it is about 2 X CPF OA rate @ 2.5%. Good to plan ahead. :-)
DeleteWhen one attains 5% yield in STI ETF, he is likely to have a potential >100% capital gain.
DeleteThen sell 50% to recoup capital... and you have pillow stock working for you "forever" as long as there is market.
