As a monthly paid employee, I realize I didn't actually work that long hours.
One year = 365 days
No of weekends = 104 days
No of annual leaves = 21 days
No of Public Holidays = 11 days
No of MC taken = 10 days (assuming)
Total number of days working at office = 365-104-21-11-10 = 219
No of tea breaks taken during every working day at office: 7 days (assuming 45 mins for 2 tea breaks and one day is 24 hrs)
Number of days really at works is UP to 212 days or UP to 58% in a year.
Correct me if I am wrong!
