When I read about people talking about financial freedom, I realize that there are two groups of people with opposite views:
One group:
The people who are making a living or some making a dying, they look forward to retire or early retirement if possible.
The other group:
Those business owners who don't believe in retiring unless circumstances don't allow them to work.

Paradoxically, it's usually the business owners who can afford to retire early and the wage earners who should be working for as long as they could. ;-p
ReplyDeleteWell said.
ReplyDeleteIf people find something they love to do, they will definitely not want to retire.
I must admit that I have yet to find that kind of enjoyment in work myself. so i am still looking forward to retirement =)
Yes, few are lucky like LP (Bully the bear). LP enjoys his work. Some tell me that I'm too young to think of retirement. You are much younger than me. ;) If we could have a happy and comfortable retirement, why work? I agree.
ReplyDeleteMany people start off loving their jobs when they are single; but when they have family and kids, they realize that they no longer love their jobs due to work-life balance. They wish they could spend more time with their kids.
