I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Window of opportunity is opening wide for Koala/Panda in SGX to find their food sources??? (2)

Read? Window of opportunity is opening wide for Koala/Panda in SGX to find their food sources???

Alamak!

Slowness of Koala/Panda yesterday has missed his food source from DBS for failing to buy back below his last sold price $21.04

Bo pian! Source for unhealthy and oily food like Kep Corp!

More or less the estimate cash flow for 2020 has achieved its target!

Enough Panadols for the year!

  1. LOL! As long already meet cashflow can afford to wait for fruits to ripen before harvesting.

Will have more ups & downs over the next few months to see whether fruits ripe enough or not.

Think the base case will be a recession for many countries, but probably a mild one for most.

  2. PS: Gotta add ... we should be aware of anchoring bias. If local big 3 banks are having 6% dividend yields or more, probably a good time to just start nibbling. I suspect we'll look back one year later and see that it's one of the best times to buy local banks (not THE best time but ONE of the best times 😁).
