I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

Cut losses also applicable for travelling plan???

Read? Next Trip 8 Nights In Jeju In Mar 2020

Alamak! That is life for advance planning and payment.

Original flight schedule was from SIN to Busan (1N), Busan to Jeju and Jeju to Taiwan (Flight from Jeju to Busan was fully booked as it is King Cherry Blossom in Jeju so no choice we have to take flight to Taipei (3N) and then back to SIN from Taipei)

Taiwan first to ban flight from South Korea and forced Uncle8888 to cancel his flights.

1. Jeju Air agreed to cancellation fee of S$50 (Small cut loss) and full refund to credit card (Hmm .. net refund received is slight lower after processing fee and forex rate)

2. Still waiting for Tigerair Taiwan for refund.

3. Scoot maintains no cancellation as there is no travel advisory from Taiwan to SIN. (Cut losses! $500)

4. All accommodations were cancelled FOC as they are still under free cancellation duration.

  1. Heng ah!

    Cut losses at minimum!

To facilitate the process, Scoot said that it will be launching a self-service portal for all eligible customers to obtain the vouchers. As the portal will be up soon, Scoot has encouraged customers to only contact them about the vouchers if their flight is within the next 72 hours.

    1. Scoot just updated its policy to provide 100% full refunds instead of vouchers on some cancelled flights
