I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

When $$$ is mentioned!!!


This old man called Uncle8888 out at Tanjong Pajar in Hokkien  .. 

 "Long time no see; you can't recognize me. Ah Seng!"

 " You shift house ah?"

 Old man then started to shake Uncle8888's hand and then take a pack of cigarettes and pushed one to him.

 "No smoke"

 Old man blah blah ....

 "That day; me and Ah .. saw you at Eunos and called you but you didn't hear and walked away."

 blah ...

 "You look so ang gay"

 "I am very sick!"

 "Just came out from hospital"

 "Jin cham" 

 "You got $10 to spare?"

 WTF. Red flag!

 Of course, he is scammer!

 When someone mentioned $$$$; it is a red flag!

 So Uncle8888 walked away and went over to opposite side of the street to watch him.

 There he went again to look for the next victim - any guy with grey hairs is his target!

    Somehow I was lucky to encounter this case and after this case, I will not give out even $1 or $2.

    For real case of hunger, they will ask for real treat like buying food for them.

    Can we see the difference for this case of giving treat?

    It is not just about few dollars spare; it also involved time and effort to queue to buy kopi and wait for toast bread and brought it back to mall's toilet to pass to auntie.
