Assessing Company Management???

Just another Motherhood statement. In fact, it is useless at execution level.

After 40 years with the company, Uncle8888 still have not much clues on assessing his company management; but some folks think that after attending AGM for 1 to 2 hours a year can do that. Amazing!

    Well, just buy 100 shares and for a few hours each year, we can have our Walter Mitty moments pretending we are Business Owners ;)

    Same as if our G can't prospers, that is the end too
    How much you can fathom our G is the same as how much you can fathom our G.

    Yalor how to assess management, just assess the results delivered no?
    As employees, we can perhaps assess how efficient they implement things, how good they are to internal stakeholders, whether what they do is in line with the company's vision - but these may or may not translate to good results.

    1. When they implemented new biz idea and not working well. They will mark them under investment mode. Working well they will claim for their performance bonus and shares. How to assess them?
