I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Free Lunch Time Talks



Do your company organise free Lunch Time Talks?

Over the years, wide topics have been covered as the organisers cannot keep inviting different speakers to cover the same topics.

 Rarely we have Beer Buddies as speakers; most of the time, we have Fish Mongers.

How are yours?

      health, insurance, investment, wills and trusts, land banking, therapies, alternate medicine, relaxation techniques, stress management, memory skills, etc

    That's because fish mongers are actively contacting companies and schools to give "free" talks - we call these Missionary Selling.

    Highly effective on weak-willed individuals who mistakenly thought since these talks are organised by companies or schools, they are "officially sanctioned"...

    Beer buddies? Must buy them beer you know? Now which company would want to do that when they have fish mongers willing to do it for free?

    LOL!
