It is a small world. When Uncle8888 was jogging Simei PCN; he bumped into his ex-collegue who was walking towards him. He hasn't met this colleagues for more than 20 years. He has retired three years ago. He now keeps himself active by walking long distance. He said he can't jog anymore but can walk.







Uncle8888 likes to eat balanced diet to enable detoxication cycle to work as well.

  1. This activity is like part-time job from leaving home till reaching back home can be 4 to 6 hrs per jog. No time to feel restless but definitely will need a good rest and day after too.

    2. Health can also help to contribute to our wealth building or slow down the depletion of our wealth during retirement phase. Long hours exercise like 3 to 4 hours can be our part-time job but payment in kind. How to be restless?
