Hope the nightmare of 2008 will not be repeated and the worst is over for me. Taking a slower approach in building wealth without leveraging is a better strategy without having to wake up sometime in the middle of the nights wondering what the hell am I doing?
As on 31 Mar 09, I have achieved 14.4% of 2009 Goal (In 2003, I set a bullish and progressive goals from 2003 to 2011), Going forward, I believe that from 2009 to 2011, these bullish goals set at 2003 will be extremely difficult to achieve; but, nevertheless, I shall not change them, but will still work towards them.
