I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

  1. If expenses remain below dividends, then got good chance of maintaining investment portfolio with potential growth over longer term. May be volatile in the next 6 months though.

S&P500 has hit ATH again & I'm starting to do serious harvesting. Target 60% stocks and 40% warchest by new year.

More rotting cash ... think I'll dump some into CPF Housing Refund next Jan. Going to the dark side LOL.

Hodlnaut's 7+%-12% looking good, but applies only to smaller amounts. Maybe for fun money.

Seriously, dunno whether it's age dementia or bXlls shrinking.

Maybe I'll spend next year in bXlls enhancement program. 🤣

Anyway am only able to move about half of the 40% cash back into CPF with the housing refund. And they'll be stuck in the 2.5% OA portion. Must wait till 55 to opt for ERS and then move more into SA.

Hmm maybe better to wait till 54 yr 11 mth then do Housing Refund lol.
