I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Worst Cash Flow From Investment Portfolio of Stocks In SGX Since 2009?


Assuming bigger cut in dividends in 2020 H2

 Anyway; household expenses in 2020 will also drop since there was no overseas travelling expenses since Jan 20 and that will help to balance out the cash flow,

    And SGD will remain stable or strong against neighbouring & Asian currencies, so many stuff will become cheaper.

    SGD too strong ... MAS has to spend US$30B to try & weaken it LOL!

    Old people stay at home. Message from govt. So no need to spend that much. so cash flow no problem!

      That is precisely the point CW is not yet senior! :-).
      Luckily I already married with many kids, so the girl part matter less.

      Sure CW dun mind consider so many years of blogger friendships here n we also met before.
      Also, he is never afraid to show his aging beauty.

    Agreed. God spared my life too when I was in sick bed hospital for weeks. Medicine did not cure me for many years, but His word healed me. And my son has 3 incidents facing death as pronounced by Doctor or by today's medical science's standard, and by His grace, He saved him too. Cannot be more grateful.
