I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Discovering Johore by Bus and Walk - Kulai

1 hour bus journey and RM4 to Kulai from JB Central Bus Terminal.

 

















The weather today at Kulai is too hot for Uncle88888 to explore the town so after his seafood mee hoon lunch at Jalan Ismail he decided to go back to JB Central for kopi-O and air-con. 

He also realized that seafood restaurants nearby Kulai centre are not open for lunch business. 

 Just one hour bus journey, he can go back to Kulai another time for his seafood dinner.

      Good!

      It was recommended by the textile shop lady when my wife bought two pieces of cloth to sew bed-sheet cover. She said we will regret coming to Kulai if we don't eat this seafood noodle since the one we plan to eat at No name fish ball and tofu noodle stall has shifted to somewhere else.

      The textile shop lady said the fish-ball noodle owner too huat liao so shifted to somewhere bigger!
