ReplyDeleteIt is true that leasehold property will depreciate overtime and end with no residential value. If this happen, my net worth is also affected accordingly.
This residential home is classify under Fix Asset.

i agree because you can realised the value of this asset by downgrading to a smaller flat is one of the reasons.
