SINGAPORE - Singapore's Sembcorp Marine , the world's second
largest builder of offshore oil rigs, said on Monday its subsidiary PPL
Shipyard has secured orders for two jack-up rigs worth US$417 million.
The orders are from Mexico's Integradora de Servicios Petroleros Oro Negro, S.A.P.I. de C.V (Oro Negro), which has ordered two similar rigs previously.
The new rigs are scheduled for delivery at the end of the fourth quarter of 2014 and end of the first quarter 2015, Sembcorp Marine said in a stock market filing. - REUTERS
