For property investors, debt is used as a leverage to make more money. Yes, it is a double edge knife. A knife is a good invention but it can cause injuries if one is careless about its use. 30 year loan is good enough as most investors I believe clear the loan in a few years when they are investing right or maybe 10 years will see the investment bear fruit already.
