I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

    I don't think it's a laughing matter.
    If Sinkaporeans are not replacing themselves, then FTs will definitely be in our Parliament one day.
    Of course from FTS to PRs to New Citizens to Parliament.
    i think it's has happened in the past and is happening right now.
    Only one day our PM and majority in Parliament maybe all "NEW Citizens".
    Then maybe more than 51% are "NEW Citizens" in the populations.
    i think most likely it will become true one day.
    It's already has some semblance of the true already.

    That day may not come....
    Before that happens, the CPF and the insurance companies like NTUC already "folding up" just as predicted by LKY....
    This generation of Singaporeans and the next generation of Singaporeans will be in dire straits
    Humans are selfish by nature...till it hurts them directly...
    Chinese say no tears until you see the coffins.
