Read? Why would you need your emergency fund to invest?
I will call it UnEmployment Fund to clearly state its purpose; since in Singapore we don't have UnEmployment Benefits. We have to rely on our savings set aside for this purpose. If we call it Emergency Fund, it may be abused e.g. someone making his girl-friend pregnant and it may become an emergency situation for him and so he need to tap into this "Emergency Fund" to solve his immediate problem. But, if we term it as UnEmployment Fund, then obviously it can't be used for such purpose. LOL!
