Why I am not interested in any perpetual preference shares e.g. like the latest Hyflux 6% Perpetual Class A Preference shares because I fully understood the moral of this story. 

Why lock your silver bullets for years in the same stock market with these perpetual shares?

You may be getting little or nothing in the Morning; and likely the same stock market is going to give you much more if you can wait patiently till the Evening.
