DOW vs STI since Oct 2008


Why do I still look at DOW every morning when I am only doing local stocks on SGX?

Like it or not, Uncle DOW is the big brother to Asian markets.

How DOW perform overnight may have some impact on STI and may present risks and opportunities to enter or exit positions.

What did you see from the chart since Oct 2008 between DOW and STI?

    If you follow CNA Teletext pg 262 (Euro/America Indexes for just 1 month, you will know Who is the leader of the world's markets. Not 100% but at least over 90 %(Estimated only).
