Is CIT following the Govt in distributing the excess rights like the Growth Dividend?

I only got excess to prevent odd lots nia. Actually, not complaining hor!

    I don't care 3*7, I just applied for 12000 excess rights and i got 500 only. No fish prawn will do. i am not complaining too. i don't even bother to buy NIL Paid rights. Ha! Ha!
    Can you share about your excess rights allotment?
