First time staying in 汽車旅館

The motel is opposite of Taimall

We took public bus 5059 from Taoyuan Terminal 1 bus station to Taimall stop.

We choose this motel near Taimall where this bus stop has many other bus services. Good for B.M.W travelers.

Upon check-in; we realized something that is not SOP!

Breakfast is inclusive but we were not issue any breakfast voucher. 

When we asked about breakfast; the staff replied it would be given at night when we came back to motel! 

Hmm??? Why like that?

Do you know why issue breakfast voucher only at night when you return to motel to collect key?

Whenever we leave the motel; at the gantry we have to surrender the room key for safe keeping.

Hmm .. OIC!

This is drive in motel!

Sometime when we watch Taiwanese dramas; there are scenes where couple going to motel for affairs. 

Just surrender key and drives off. 

No need to formally check out?

Daxi Old Street(大溪老街)

Not much different from other old streets in Taiwan!

Dinner at Taimall's Foodcourt as we were tired and lazy to walk around to look for other food or visit Nan-kan Wufu night market.

We were studying the location map on glass plane of 7-11 store on which better route to take to go to Yangchou Forest Trail(羊稠森林步道).

Go up, turn right and come down or Go down, turn left and go up. 

Which one is shorter?

He passed us and then turned back to ask us where were we going? 

Probably he had guessed that we were going to Yangchou Forest Trail(羊稠森林步道). 

We told him we were going to 羊稠森林步道 . He then offered to take us through short cut (i.e. going through the side paths of residential houses. LOL!)

He repeated twice to remind us to take the main road when going back to nan-kan wufu road where we came from; and don't try to take the short cut route back!

He told us if we have come in the summer; we can see different type of insects; and especially silk worms and yellow lady bird!

He managed to search for yellow lady bird photo and showed us. 

There are too many photos in his phone so he was unable to locate the photo of silk worm.

He busy searching photo to show us.

On the way back; we passed by this restaurant and looked good for lunch!

Taiwanese extreme kindness act to tourists is unbeatable!


We were in the same MRT train carriage and then took the same lift down to MRT Exit. Obviously we looked like tourists to her and woman started friendly chat with us. Where you from? Began some small talk.

Later she realized that we were taking public bus from Kengkou MRT station to Zhuwei Fish harbour. 

She said bus frequency was not good and might have to wait very long. She suggested that we should ride the shared bicycle available at MRT station to harbour.

We told her that we couldn't ride bicycle; but we could walk there. LOL!

She said it is about 30 mins walk!

We would walk there since it is 30 mins and the next bus arrival is about an hour later.

Unexpectedly!

She suggested to ride us to half way mark near her house so that we would have less distance to walk to the harbour. 

She would first ride Auntie8888 while Uncle8888 could start walking forward. She would then come back to fetch him. 

Uncle8888 told her that he would jog instead of walk.

She returned back to pick Uncle8888 after riding Auntie8888 to half way mark near her home.

In the stock market, it is all about winning, losing and waiting. No???

Does it really matter you know to fight with one arm or both arms as retail traders or investors?

When we buy or sell there is always counter party who took the opposite view and more waiting at sideline.

Right or wrong?

Mr Market will be the final judge to tell you emotional or technically or fundamentally that you are wrong!

We can also be in denial for long time and write it off mentally and emotionally and move on!

In the stock market, it is all about winning, losing and waiting. No???
