ReplyDeleteCan't really predict. But can always plan.
As tourists that means proper insurance & cow sense (risk mgmt, avoidance).
As investors that means mental preparedness, patience, war chest, courage to act (yeah I know it sounds crass against the violence & bloodshed in HK).
As residents?? Hoho ... maybe all along having sufficient assets overseas, not tying up too much in local properties & businesses ... else live & die with the country / city / region.
Not rich enough then stay behind LL. Fact of life.
