I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

Oh! Jade Garden where Uncle8888 had his lobster in 2011 has shifted.

Now you know why Jade Garden is so huat!



Uncle8888's lobster lunch.






















In 2011, it was RM 14 per 100g

 Now, it is RM18 per 100g. Inflation is about 29% over 4 years!
Uncle8888 is durian addict. See durians cannot tahan!

 RM7, RM10, and RM15 per kg.

 When we are not sure; it safer to go in the middle and start small.

Two small ones at 2.4 Kg @ RM7 per kg


















Tasted good. Next came the upgrade to RM15 per kg and two bigger ones @ 3.6 Kg

Lobster lunch again; but this time at Super Lobster!


This one is not as classy as Jade Garden; but still the same price as Jade Graden at RM 18 per 100g. The only difference is that they don't serve peanuts and tissue towel and no service charge.
