I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

I Can't Retire At 62!!!

Read? Retirement Income for Life??? (14)

Two persons have came back to tell Uncle8888 after their simulation they can't retire at 62 when they have initially thought so. They have to cut their assumed living expenses farther in order to retire at 62 or hopefully their retirement age will be extended to 65 by Govt.

  1. The Moral of the Story:

Don't ask others how much is enough. Don't guess how much is enough. Input your own numbers. The truth will soon appear right in front of your own eyes.

How much more and how far off are you from the truth?

    1. CW,

OK, this one I have to concede to you.

Imagine those people who set financial freedom goals and milestones without knowing how much they really need? Talk about setting foundations in quicksand... (let me have my consolation point?)
