Hi CW,
ReplyDeleteGood to hear that your household expense is down in an inflationary climate. And I hope its not because you are cutting back on your lifestyle.
I see retirement as the last chance to fulfill our life's dreams, to do the things we want to do but couldnt do earlier because of work commitments, to travel and see places and soak in different cultures. I see retirement as a phase in life where we pamper and reward ourselves for the many years of labour.
Of course, as long as we are happy and healthy, we can live as simply as we want. Its our lives afterall.
Not travelling any sooner. My two children went travelling one to south korea and one to Bali and came back with covid. Many here still mask on!
