After donkey years of sucking Panadols on CPL paper losses; this Buy & Hold position after restructuring; now no more paper loss. Looking forward to sweet Panadols! :-)

ReplyDeleteMiguel Ko, chairman of CapitaLand Investment, has snapped up just over $2 million worth of shares in the company on its trading debut.
ReplyDeleteOn Sept 20, Ko paid $2.9349 each for 700,000 shares.
CLI shares started trading by way of introduction on Sept 20, following the restructuring of CapitaLand into two parts: a privately-held development business, and CLI, the publicly listed real estate management platform.
Prior to this, Ko, a non-executive, non-independent director, held just 3,679 shares. He was appointed to the board on June 2.
CLI shares closed Sept 21 at $3.16, up 7.12%.

DeleteKo Kai Kwun Miguel @ Ko Miguel, chairman of CapitaLand Investment, increased his holding in the company, acquiring 600,000 shares for S$3.4279 each in a market transaction, taking his direct interest to 0.025 percent from 0.014 percent, according to a filing to SGX Thursday.
