  2. How long is long?

For trader, the more turnovers the better.

Anyway for S&P 500 Gurus think or predict it's record yield for long-term investment will not be as good. Lower yield down the road for long-term investor lab. i tend to agree.

  4. Now with zero to negative interest rate, i believe coming to our shore soon, any assets, hard or soft should be held as long as possible.

  5. i wonder, we know Monday market going to be not so good for many stocks, can traders put in short order now. Just like normal advance buy or sell order?

Never short except by mistaken keying - at least twice in my stock market's adventure.

    Sound like rookie?

    Yes and no.

  6. Actually, I think for beginners now try to learn how to trade is better than how to long-term investment.

To me trading very little base on fundamentals of a stock, so got advantage now for traders.

    No?

  7. How many people can hold a stock that long. Respect!
I hope I can hold on to my stocks as long as you so that they can fund my children's university education like you do!
