See how long you can sit in your sofa without getting heated up (credit squeeze happen, will happen again). Are you going to have a stiff neck and shoulder watching 60 " LCD TV from a short distance? (Investing in property is like putting your big eggs in one basket at one big bang, leveraged or some overleveraged to seek high debts for one big single return)
Choose your assets wisely, and do not follow others blindly because our living rooms are of different size.
