ReplyDeleteInteractive Brokers & Ameritrade. US got no CDP --- so if you use brokerage for active trades, then your securities are held thru the broker company. (What we Sinkies would call "nominee account")
Reputable US brokers should be insured under SIPC for US$500K of securities per individual.
The term "custodial account" has a different meaning in US brokerage --- something like joint account with minor or mental handicapped with power of attorney.
