ReplyDeleteHaha maybe some of them "tong pang" the public roadside grass patches to grow fruit trees. Houses built from 1990s onwards tend to be overbuit leaving very little or zero land for gardens.
ReplyDeleteAlthough in some HDB estates, NEA used to grow some fruit trees e.g. mango trees in tampines.
