I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

You All Investment Bloggers Like to Make Investing Look So Easy


Last night after my sharing session on Optimizing Your CPF talk during coffee break ...

 One guy: You all investment bloggers like to make investing look so easy

 CW : Did you follow my blog? Since when did I make investing look so easy? Did you see my chart on Win vs Loss?

 One guy: Your blog got lots of graphics?

 CW: Ya.
Are investment bloggers making investing look so easy by "boasting" their success?

 True for those bloggers who have vested commercial interests; but for the rest of other hobbyist bloggers; Uncle8888 couldn't remember seeing any hobbyist bloggers saying investing is easy.

 Uncle8888 has seen posting of large number to wow people; but no posting that investing is easy. Right?

    CW,

    People will agree not everyone can be a brain surgeon or professional singer.

    But when it comes to investing, it seems anyone and everyone can do it?

    That's why I put "investing" in the same category as trading, gambling, speculation, etc.

    It's not sure win one!

    The only endeavour anyone and everyone can do it is the savings route.

    There aren't many hobbyist bloggers left nowadays actually....

    ...... and by the fact that most of the self-claim investment bloggers are actually blogging for commercial interest, it implies that it's easier to make money by blogging instead of investing.
