    Uncle8888,

    Yeah the R part need quite a lot of planning & thinking beforehand. Some just OJT but they need to quickly find something that is meaningful & sustainable for them.

    Otherwise whether R at 40 or at 70 also the same ... bored to death, or doing unhealthy lifestyle.
