For most of Asia, think it'll be Q2 2023 before it will be "covid-free" for mass flying.
I have a friend who has been flying to and fro since Q4 2020 coz of his job. He thought he could escape flying after being evacuated from US back to SG in Q2 2020. But his bosses said you better fly!
Which is real stupid coz 30% of his "working time" is spent in hotel quarantine doing Zoom calls, especially in more strict Asian countries. Europe not so strict, and US best --- no need quarantine. Luckily he's single, so doesn't mind, & everything on SG taxpayers' money. Civil servant!
