7 days JR Pass @ $344 + IC card or IC only?
Finally; Uncle8888 decided on IC only.
Total transportation cost using IC card (also a cash card) is $350 per pax for 10 days.
Since IC is also cash card; we zero them by purchasing some Japanese cookies before departure at Osaka airport.
For this trip to Japan; Uncle8888's son did the itinerary and googling on the ground for travel to locations. He just relaxed and followed without having to do the How to get there?
Hostel with 4 bunk beds and private bathroom. Just bunk beds provided and nothing else. It is $162 per night. 5 Mins walk from Asakusa station.
While walking towards the hostel we saw long queue at this restaurant and we decided to have lunch there after check in. For food; Uncle8888 still prefer to bet on the food queue. No need to be iron teeth!

Kaminarimon (Kaminari Gate) and Sensoji Temple
Walking distance from our hostel.
Tokyo Skytree
Since we can see Tokyo Skytree from the location of Sensoji Temple; we decided to take a long walking trial to Tokyo Skytree.
