    Ah Gong is thinking of using same tactic as during AFC & Dot.com bust/SARS, when 7 retail banks merged into today's 3 local retail banks.

    As for snail mail & newspapers, maybe need to subsume under Ministry of Communications, like 100 years ago, or N Korea today.
