To some retail investors; it is an old cow who has been giving them lots of Milk for so many years. Okay. They may be sad to see it getting sick or may be dying soon; but the experience and feeling is totally different from some investment bloggers or on-lookers looking at it as young Calf waiting for its Milk and/or Meat.

How many truly understand and able to explain the journey of lifetime investing is a journey of experience of calculated risks, controlling emotions, losses and rewards as mixture as an OLD and NEW investors of stocks holding and portfolio. Hindsight of what if and what else of talks practically useless. At the end of decades of investing; the true outcome did we make it as an OLD investor or forever a reborn NEW investor. That is investing!

Today swear by value investing, tomorrow switch to Warren Buffett's concentration approach, then switch to aggregate investing where no single stock is more than 2% of portfolio, then move on to permanent portfolio, and finally upon capitulation finally swears by passive indexing... Only to switch to trading years later due to boredom :(
