Uncle8888's Uni fund for his third child in May 2016 and the budget for 4 yrs Uni course at STUD. It is about $100K.

    For STUD, it is mandatory to stay in hostel for three terms for about $4.7K. Even more expensive than SMU. :-(

    One colleague was quite concerned. Your son still studying next year. You can retire?

    Can lah. $100K budget is already set aside and exclude as net worth or asset generating cash flow during retirement.
