Create Wealth Through Long-Term Investing (Dividend Income) and Short-Term Trading (Re-entries and Exits)

Create Wealth Through Long-Term Investing (Dividend Income) and Short-Term Trading (Re-entries and Exits)

This banner has served him well for the past 15 years and that was his view when he is going up the Mountain.

But; he cannot maintain the same view when he is going down the Mountain next year when he becomes senior citizen.

Short-Term Trading (Re-entries and Exits) will fade out!

He will move towards a truly passive income of just dividends and interests; but there is still some works to be done to achieve it!

With his War Chest he should be able to reach his Down Mountain Goal. It will take longer but may not be that long!

    1. Define your own meaning of winning.

If you don't remember anything from uncle; you must remember this for the rest of your life - All investment by nature is risky!

For me, the yield of 4% and above with dividend payout ratio below 60% is really decent yield.

You and you only to define what is decent and what is safe enough for YOU!

Next, you remember by heart The Moral Story Of Hen and Pig!

    3. Look at the Right. There are few dirty coffee tables on yield and payout ratios.

You go and clean them up.

When finished; come back to tell us what did you see on these dirty tables.

      Time for some cleaning jobs.

    4. Well. U said too late to clean my table.

And asked me just ignore it.

Now then u asked me to clean.
