Self-employed and commission based are more passionate in their jobs than salaried employees!

For obvious reason. Right?

Self-employed and commission based are more passionate in their jobs.

If they DON'T and continue to do lousy job long enough; soon fewer and fewer clients will want to pay them for their service?

How to find passion in your job?

  1. Hi CW,

Passion is a term often used and abused, especially in job description, "We are looking for passionate, driven candidates to join us..."

I often wonder how to find passion in a salaried job. A good answer I realize, other than salary increment, is recognition from management and raving positive feedback from clients.

  5. rewards are usually a bad indicator to judge on one passion. if you passion becos of rewards of ant kind, your passion will soon die off once the rewards no longer there for your taking.

    2. Rewards in materialistic kinds won't have lasting effect on passion.
